For some people weight loss, or even maintaining a consistent bodyshape seems very straightforward. Others really struggle to control their weight. No matter how hard they try it seems impossible to change.
As a Personal Trainer and therapist I have an understanding of some of the underlying issues surrounding body weight, and fat loss.
In the autumn of 2016 I shall be undertaking further study, so that I can become a fully qualified obesity and eating disorders practitioner.
