Personalised Training Plans
As a level 3 Personal Trainer I offer 1-2-1 advice on any aspect of health, diet and general fitness. I believe everyone is different and whatever your goals I work with you in a holistic way.
My approach is to work openly and honestly with you. I do not provide rapid-result miracle diets, or 12 week plans. I also will not sell you any supplements, and I don’t expect you to become a gym bunny. Working alongside you I will however provide you with the support, motivation and guidance you need to make acheivable changes.
With over 30 years interest and experience in a variety of sports including competitive athletics, swimming, cycling and bodybuilding I have a huge knowledge base on which to draw upon.
I can help with;
- Sports specific training, perhaps you have an event you’d like to prepare for?
- Weight gain
- Weight loss
- Improving fitness
- Posture and strength
- Weight training technique and form
- Specific female hip/glute/hamstring area
Fees start at £40 per hour dependent upon location. I can work in your choice of gym with owner’s permission, I have a gym local to me in which we can meet, and I also provide outdoor training.
