The Person-Centred approach is a form of therapy which is client led. I work with whatever you wish to bring, simply providing a safe space in which to help you explore the issues you feel are relevant to you.

Your data is securely stored and will not be kept longer than necessary. You may have access to any data held for you from 1 week after making a request.

I am able to offer face to face counselling sessions at my base in Ulverston.

If people are unable to travel to my office or are further afield, I also offer Counselling therapy via Skype.
